The Center for Social Services of the Chuguiv City Council, in accordance with State Standards, provides the following social services:
- Informing — providing information on social protection issues.
- Social support for families (individuals) in difficult life circumstances — comprehensive assistance to families and individuals to overcome difficult life circumstances.
- Consultancy — providing consultations on social, psychological, and legal issues.
- Social prevention — preventing getting into difficult life circumstances.
- Social integration and reintegration — promoting the inclusion of individuals in community life.
- Social adaptation — assistance in adapting to living conditions.
- Social support for families raising orphans and children deprived of parental care — support for family forms of upbringing.
- Crisis and emergency intervention — emergency assistance in crisis situations.
- Representation of interests — protection of the rights and interests of service recipients.
- Social adaptation of war veterans and their family members — support for veterans and their families.
- Mediation — promoting conflict resolution and establishing interaction.
- Mediation — assistance in resolving disputes with the participation of a neutral mediator.
- Support during inclusive education — support for children with special educational needs.
- Comprehensive social service for building resilience — development of skills for overcoming stress and difficulties.
The basis for the provision of social services is the referral of a person/family from the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Chuguiv City Council and the results of the needs assessment. The decision on the provision of services, their scope and term is made in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law.
